ORDERING/PAYMENT: Contact me by phone or email to confirm availability and initiate purchase. I add fully insured shipping charges to the prices listed and will advise you of the total due. Payment may be made by money order, wire transfer, or cashier’s check. Personal checks are accepted but will delay shipment of your order. Credit card payments may be made via PayPal.
SHIPPING: I ship quilts for a 48-hour approval period once I have received payment in full. If payment is by money order, cashier's check, wire transfer, or credit card, your order will ship immediately. If paying by personal check, I will ship the first business day after your check clears our account.
LAYAWAY/HOLD: Layaway is offered with an initial payment of one third and the balance within 30 days. Layaways are considered final sales. The deposit will be forfeited if payment is not completed as agreed upon.
RETURNS and REFUNDS: In the rare instance that a return is necessary, please notify me immediately and return the item within three business days of receipt. No returns are accepted on international shipments due to customs fees. Layaway purchases are not returnable. Returns must be insured at full value; full return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. When the item is received in the same condition in which it was sent, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided, minus initial shipping charges and any credit card fee
